You agree to use Hypernet VPN solely for privacy and security and comply with all relevant laws and regulations. You must not impede others from using Hypernet VPN, use it for illicit purposes, or violate this Agreement.

Privacy and Data Security
Hypernet VPN allows internet activities via VPN servers without exposing your IP address, ensuring data confidentiality.

Service Enhancements

User Account Protection
You are responsible for password security and user data management. You’re accountable for activities linked to your account, including those transferred to others.
Hypernet VPN offers an unlimited subscription, managed by users. A 3-day trial is available, with auto-renewal and pricing subject to change. Manage your subscription via account settings.

User Responsibility
You agree to comply with local laws when using Hypernet VPN globally. You must not reverse-engineer, resell, distribute, or use Hypernet VPN to create competing products, transmit illegal content, attempt unauthorized access, or compromise its operation.

No Warranty
We provide no warranties for the service or software. We are not liable for damages from user identity exposure or VPN server performance. Hypernet VPN is provided “as is,” without warranties for uninterrupted operation or complete data protection.

Legal Protection
You agree to indemnify Hypernet VPN and related entities from claims or demands, including legal fees, arising from your use of Hypernet VPN.

Termination
Terminating this agreement revokes your access and license to use Hypernet VPN. Termination can occur for atypical usage.
Upon termination, all licenses are revoked, and access to Hypernet VPN is denied.
